The Internet is replete with various dietary recipes. However, very often recipes are unavailable for some reason, and then good old diet soups come to our rescue.
The benefits of chicken soup
Chicken breast broth is not just a dietary, but also a very healthy dish:
- contains a large amount of fatty acids;
- very rich in peptides, amino acids;
- thanks to vegetables, contains vitamins;
- with the regular use of soups cooked in chicken broth, the work of the gastrointestinal tract is normalized.
Diet soup is a soup cooked on chicken breast - without skin and excess fat. In order to prepare such a broth, take 200 grams of chicken breast fillet, salt, and a pinch of dill per liter of water. After boiling, be sure to remove the foam or simply drain the first water, and fill the meat with cold water. Chicken broth is cooked for about an hour. Green should be placed in it about 15 minutes before the end of cooking.
Diet chicken broth soup
For 2 liters of water you will need: 0.5 kg of chicken breast; two potatoes; a couple of carrots; onion head; bay leaf; salt and seasonings to taste.
Boil the broth and remove the breast, then put the chopped potatoes in the broth, and after boiling - the onion, cut into half rings and grated carrots. Add seasoning at the end of cooking. Greens can be added to soup or directly to plates before serving.
Zucchini Soup Recipe
A very simple and affordable recipe. For cooking, you will need 1.5 liters of ready-made chicken broth, a couple of zucchini, carrots, spices and salt, herbs. Cook the broth according to your recipe, put chopped zucchini and chopped carrots in it. When the vegetables are done, remove the soup from the stove, refrigerate and purée with a blender.
