- - 250 g shrimp
- - 200 g of mushrooms (champignons)

Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, add shrimp to it and boil until tender. After boiling, cool them a little, then peel and set aside for a while. Peel the lemongrass, then cut into small slices.

Chop the ginger and garlic very finely. Put a frying pan on the fire, pour in sesame oil, heat it well, add ginger and garlic, fry, add pepper, basil and soy sauce.

Rinse and sort the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices. You can boil them first, but this is not necessary. Put the chopped mushrooms in the pan and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Strain the broth obtained after boiling the shrimp, mix it with coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Put the shrimp, lemongrass and frying in the broth, continue to cook. Squeeze out the lemon juice, measure out one teaspoon and pour into the soup. Then pepper and salt this exotic dish, boil for another 5 minutes, turn off, cover tightly with a lid, cover with a towel and keep for 15 minutes. The dish is ready.
