  • - any coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper;
  • - 60 gr. flour;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - sweet chili sauce for serving (optional).

Instructions

Step 1

Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or deep fryer. In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and coconut.

Step 2

Peel the shrimps, leaving the tail, salt and pepper to taste. Beat eggs. Dip the shrimp in flour, then dip in eggs and roll again in a mixture of bread crumbs and coconut.

Step 3
