- - ginger root - about 5 cm;

- - 150 ml of coconut milk.
- For curry;
- - half a teaspoon of turmeric;
- - 4 carnation buds;
- - one teaspoon each of cardamom and cayenne pepper.

Peel the shrimp, leaving the tail, and then mix with lemon juice and set aside for 5 minutes.

At this time, chop the onion very finely and fry it over medium heat in a frying pan with olive oil.

Cut the ginger and garlic very finely (you can use a grater). Grind the clove buds in a mortar so that they give the dish the maximum flavor.

Once the onion has turned golden, add a sprig of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, garlic, turmeric and ginger to it. Fry, stirring occasionally, for a minute, add cayenne pepper and pour in coconut milk.
