It is necessary
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - Japanese daikon radish - 1 pc. (small size);
- - green onions - 4-5 feathers;
- - noria sheet - 1 pc.;
- - soy sauce - 1 tablespoon;
- - rice vinegar - 1 tsp;
- - sesame oil - 2 tablespoons;
- - granulated sugar - a pinch;
- - black sesame - for salad dressing.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the carrots and daikon radish. Peel and cut into strips or cubes.
Step 2
Cut a piece from the algae leaf, divide it into small strips. Cut the clean onion into rings.
Step 3
Prepare your dressing. Pour soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil into a separate container, stir. Add a pinch of sugar. Combine vegetables in one bowl, season with cooked filling.
Step 4
Place the remaining nori sheet on a plate. Place the seasoned vegetables on top. Sprinkle with chopped noria strips and onion rings.
Step 5
