- Main Ingredients:
- Daikon radish and carrots
- For almond ginger sauce:
- 1 large pepper
- 1/4 cup raw (unroasted and unsalted) almonds
- 3 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1 slice of red hot pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons spring or filtered water

Step 1
