It will take a long time to keep the meat in such a marinade - at least six hours.

Ginger Marinade

This marinade will make the meat tender and fragrant. It is perfect for pork ribs, pork, chicken and veal. 1 centimeter of grated ginger, two teaspoons of squeezed lime, two teaspoons of soy sauce, three chopped cloves of garlic - all for pickling one kilogram of meat. Salt and pepper, as always, to taste.
