Instructions
Step 1
Marinade for poultry
Ingredients:
- granular mustard 1 tablespoon
- raspberries 1 tbsp.
- red onion 1pc.
- honey 1 tbsp.
- olive oil - to taste
- salt - to taste
Preparation:
In a bowl, combine the ingredients and let the poultry stand for 1-4 hours.
Step 2
Yoghurt marinade
Ingredients:
- yogurt without additives 1 tbsp.
- ground cumin 1 tsp
- turmeric 1 tsp
- vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
- ground coriander 1 tsp
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the ingredients and marinate the poultry for 2, 5-3 hours. Any other meat for 4 hours.
Step 3
Pork mint marinade
Ingredients:
- vegetable oil 5 tbsp.
- mint 1 bunch
- white wine 60ml
- onion 1pc.
- garlic 2-3 cloves
- rosemary 1 bunch
Preparation:
Mix the ingredients and leave the pork for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Corn cob marinade
Ingredients:
- olive oil 2 tablespoons
- lime 1pc.
- ground pepper 1 tbsp.
- salt 1 tsp
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine and squeeze the lime juice. Grease the corn and set aside for 25 minutes. Place the ears on the grill and fry on each side.
