It is necessary
- For the onion marinade:
- - 700 g onions;
- - 2 tsp ground red pepper.
- For the wine marinade:
- - 2 tbsp. red wine;
- - 3 onions;
- - 2 tbsp. ground black pepper;
- - 2 tbsp. lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. Sahara.
- For tomato marinade:
- - 1 kg of tomatoes;
- - 0.5 kg of onions;
- - 1 tsp ground black pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Onion marinade is great for lamb, pork and beef. Chop the onion with a blender and combine it with ground pepper, stir well. Stir the meat pieces with the marinade and let sit for 8 hours. The amount of ingredients specified in the recipe is enough to marinate 1 kg of meat.
Step 2
Pork and beef can be soaked in a wine marinade. To prepare it, cut the onion into thin half rings, pepper, add sugar and fill it with lemon juice. After half an hour, pour wine into the onion, stir and pour 1.5 kg of meat for barbecue with the finished marinade, leave to rise for 10 hours.
Step 3
Cut ripe tomatoes into quarters, cut onions into half rings, combine vegetables in one container, add ground pepper. The tomato marinade prepared according to this recipe is enough for 1.5 kg of meat, it is necessary to marinate for 4 hours.
