A great way to dispose of leftover rice! Moreover, even if you have a decent portion of it, it's definitely a salad of the second day!
It is necessary
- - 300 ml of rice;
- - 400 g of tuna canned in its own juice;
- - a bunch of fresh spinach;
- - 8 cherry tomatoes;
- - 1 medium cucumber;
- - half a head of lettuce onions;
- - balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all dressing ingredients separately. Finely chop the onion, put in a salad bowl and pour over the dressing, so that it is slightly marinated.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into slices, cut the cherry into 4 pieces. Tear the spinach with your hands. Add to a salad bowl with onions.
Step 3
Drain the excess liquid from the tuna, send it to the salad bowl to the vegetables, put the rice there, mix everything well and serve.
