A recipe for those who are partial to Japanese cuisine. Try rolls with vegetables and curd cheese. It will take some skill, as well as purely Japanese products. However, the result will be beyond praise.

- - half a fresh cucumber;
- - a quarter of an avocado;
- - 2-3 pcs. lettuce leaves;
- - 2 tablespoons of curd cheese;
- - 1 sheet of nori;
- - 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds;
- - soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Let's start with the basics. Rinse the rice well, transfer to a saucepan. Fill it with water and let it sit for half an hour. After this time, place a saucepan of rice over medium heat and wait until it boils. Simmer for about 10 minutes, covered over low heat. Remove the rice from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
Mix salt, rice vinegar and sugar, heat this mixture a little. Transfer the cooked rice to a bowl and pour over the sauce. Let the rice cool.
Step 3
Fry the sesame seeds in a dry skillet. It is necessary to fry until the sesame seeds acquire a golden color. Then pour it onto a plate and leave - let it cool down.
Step 4
Let's start with vegetables. Cut a cucumber into cubes. Peel the avocado and cut it into wedges. Wash the lettuce leaves and pat dry. Place 1 tablespoon of curd cheese on each sheet. Smear it and roll the sheet so that the result is a tight roll.
Step 5
Line a bamboo mat with cling film. Place a nori sheet on it. Make sure to put the smooth side down. Soak your hand in water, take a handful of rice and place it on the nori, then press firmly. Gently turn the sheet over so that the rice is on the plastic wrap.
Step 6
Then place the avocado, cucumber and rolls of the lettuce leaves on the nori. Roll everything that has been laid out using a bamboo rug and roll it on a cutting board.
Step 7
Pour the sesame seeds onto the board. Free the roll from the film and mat and roll in the sesame seeds. Then cut into equal portions and place on a platter. Rolls with vegetables and curd cheese are ready.
