Chicken breast roll can be served as slices on the festive table, as well as to make sandwiches from it for breakfast.
It is necessary

- - cling film;
- - blender;
- - processed cheese 2 pcs.;
- - chicken egg 2 pcs.;
- - thick mayonnaise 6-7 tbsp. spoons;
- - chicken breast 0.5 kg;
- - milk 1, 5 glasses;
- - threads;
- - 3 cloves of garlic;
- - pickled mushrooms 300 g;
- - Provencal herbs 2 teaspoons;
- - hard cheese 100 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken breast, peel off the skin and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut into 0.5 cm thick plates. Then beat off the fillet pieces through plastic wrap from 2 sides. Pour milk over the breasts and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Mix eggs with mayonnaise and beat. Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater and add to the eggs. Blend again with a blender until thick. Pour the resulting mass on a baking sheet covered with parchment and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees.
Step 3
Cool the baked crust, lay out the chicken breasts, then salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Provencal herbs on top. Spread mushrooms and garlic cut into plates on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
Step 4
Roll the cake into a roll without removing it from the baking sheet. Wrap in parchment and tie the edges with threads. This is necessary so that the juice released during the cooking process does not leak out. Bake the roll for at least 1 hour. Bon Appetit!
