Then cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil. Spread the egg-cheese mixture evenly on the baking sheet and send it to bake in the oven for 10 minutes. The oven should be preheated to 180 degrees. During this time, the omelet will set, become very elastic, and it will be easy to roll it into a roll.
