Tired of simple food, wanted something new, tasty and original? Try chicken pancakes. They will fly apart "with a bang" and will be loved by the whole family. You can eat them not only with a side dish, but also make sandwiches with them for breakfast.
It is necessary
- -1 chicken breast (skinless and boneless),
- -50 g of cheese (any hard cheese can be used),
- -1 medium onion
- -1 chicken egg,
- - greens of dill or parsley,
- -3 tbsp. l. potato starch
- -1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise,
- - a mixture of ground allspice to taste,
- - olive oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Cut the cheese into the same cubes as the meat. Peel the onion and chop finely. Wash parsley or dill under running water, listen, chop finely.
Step 2
We send all the cut products to the bowl. Put a spoonful of mayonnaise, break one chicken egg, pour three tablespoons of starch, pepper and mix the minced meat thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 3
Put the pan on the fire, pour the olive oil and spoon the minced meat into the pan, and fry it on 2 sides until you get a beautiful, golden crust (when we turn it over to the other side, cover it with a lid for better roasting of the chicken breast). Put the finished pancakes on a plate with a paper napkin (so that the excess oil is absorbed into the napkin).
