"The most agile cook in the world" - people call the microwave oven. Indeed, dishes are cooked very quickly in the microwave. In addition, vitamins and useful minerals are preserved in the products. Most traditional recipes can be adapted and used in microwave cooking. This allows you to pamper loved ones with a variety of casseroles.
To make a cottage cheese casserole in the microwave, you will need the following products:
- 120 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 1 tbsp. l. vanilla sugar;
- 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp. l. raisins;
- butter;
- salt.
Break eggs into a cup, add salt on the tip of a knife, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and beat with a mixer at low speed until foam appears.
Add sifted wheat flour to the prepared egg mixture, put cottage cheese grated through a sieve and steamed raisins. If you wish, you can pour in a little rum. Then stir everything and place in a special dish suitable for microwave cooking. Top with butter flakes and bake for 8 minutes until cooked at 70% power level.
You can make a fruit and cottage cheese casserole in the microwave. For her you need to take:
- 200 g of low-fat cottage cheese;
- 250 g fruit mix (fresh or canned);
- 2 eggs;
- 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 1 tbsp. l. potato or corn starch.
First of all, separate the yolks from the whites. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve and mix thoroughly with the yolks, 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and starch until smooth.
Beat the whites very well, gradually adding the remaining sugar.
Fresh fruits (this can be apples, pears, apricots, peaches, pitted cherries), rinse, dry and cut into small pieces. If the curd casserole is prepared with canned fruits, then they should also be cut into small slices, if necessary. Add the prepared fruit to the curd mass and gently mix everything with whipped whites separately.
Transfer the prepared mixture to a flat baking dish and microwave for 11-12 minutes to bake at a power level of 70%.
No less tasty is the cottage cheese casserole with semolina, for the preparation of which you will need:
- 250 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
- 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
- 2 eggs;
- 1 tbsp. l. semolina;
- vanilla sugar;
- butter.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix together cottage cheese, granulated sugar, lemon juice, a small amount of vanilla sugar, egg yolks and semolina until smooth. Beat the egg whites separately until fluffy and gently combine with the curd mass.
Grease a dish for cooking in the microwave with butter, put the curd mass in it and cook the casserole for 7-8 minutes at 75% power.
Serve the finished curd casserole with tea, coffee, cocoa, juice or compote.
