A very simple yet sophisticated treat that does not require baking and contains very few calories. For cooking, you can use any seasonal sweet berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, the proportions depend on personal taste. If there are no fresh fruits, frozen ones will do. The dessert will turn out to be more liquid, but absolutely will not lose its taste. In order for the beauty of the layers to be fully manifested, the delicacy is laid out in transparent thin-walled glasses without a pattern.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 150 g mascarpone cheese;
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. l. granulated sugar;
  • 16 ready-made sugar cookies;
  • 400 g of any berry (preferably assorted);
  • fresh mint for decoration.

Wash and dry the berries, remove the stalks. Cut large klabnichina into pieces. Frozen berries are pre-thawed at room temperature. Beat the mascarpone with a mixer along with vanilla and regular sugar. Beat the cream into a strong foam, mix with the cheese mass.

Put some berries in wide transparent glasses with a flat bottom, place the cream-cheese mixture on top. Crush the cookies in a mortar and pour a layer over the cream. Repeat layers until cups are full. Put the dessert in the refrigerator before serving. Serve garnished with fresh mint leaves.
