Pineapple balls

To prepare this dish you will need:

- 100 g of pineapple;

- 60 g flour;

- 1 egg;

- 30 ml of milk;

- 50 g of icing sugar;

- salt;

- vegetable oil for deep fat.

Grate the pulp of fresh pineapple on a coarse grater. Make dough with flour, eggs, milk. Mix the mass thoroughly so that there are no lumps, and salt. Add pineapple to the dough and stir again. If the mass turned out to be liquid, then add a little more flour.

Roll the dough into balls. Heat the oil in a deep bowl or deep fryer and fry the pineapple balls in it until golden brown. Place them on a sieve and drain off the fat. Dry lightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Fried cheese

This dish is prepared very quickly, literally in a matter of minutes.

You will need:

- 400 g of hard cheese;

- 50 g bread crumbs;

- greens;

- vegetable oil for deep fat.

Cut the cheese into thick slices, then roll in the breadcrumbs. Heat the vegetable oil to a boil, then dip the cheese slices into it and fry them on all sides for a few seconds. Do this very quickly or the cheese will melt. Put the finished fried cheese on a dish and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
