It is necessary

  • - cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • - chicken eggs 4 pcs.;
  • - premium wheat flour - 4 tablespoons;
  • - granulated sugar - 3 tablespoons;
  • - apple - 2-3 pcs.;
  • - vanillin or vanilla sugar;
  • - cinnamon - up to 2 tsp.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash eggs in warm running water. Then break into a deep container. Add granulated sugar to the eggs and beat with a mixer. In the absence of a mixer, use a regular whisk or fork to beat the eggs. In the process of whipping, add cinnamon powder and vanillin to the composition.

Step 2

Continuing to beat the products, add sifted flour and grated cottage cheese to the composition in parts. Bring the mass to a homogeneous state.

Step 3

Wash and peel the apples. Cut half of them into cubes. Cut the second part into thin slices.

Step 4

Prepare a baking dish. Line the bottom with baking paper. Brush with a little vegetable oil, sprinkle with flour.

Step 5

Place the apples in cubes on the surface of the mold in the first layer. Then place a layer of curd composition. Next, lay the apple slices, sprinkle with cinnamon powder.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Set the dish with the semi-finished product and bake. A curd casserole with apples is being prepared for 30-40 minutes.

Step 7

Cool the finished dish without removing it from the mold. Divide the cottage cheese casserole with apples into portions, put on plates. Serve with jam or sour cream. Baking is good when cold and warm.
