It is necessary

  • • 3 sour apples;
  • • 1 small pack of baking powder;
  • • 250 grams of sour cream;
  • • 3 chicken eggs.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour sugar into a clean bowl and add an egg. Beat all ingredients thoroughly using a whisk or mixer. After that, you need to put sour cream there.

Step 2

Mix the dough well and pour in the flour sifted through a sieve. Send baking powder to the same mixture. Next, you need to stir the prepared mass until a homogeneous consistency. As a result, you should get a batter.

Step 3

Then you will need to prepare the apples. Peel and remove seeds and core. Cut the apples into thin slices.

Step 4

Now you need to prepare the baking dish. Line it with parchment (baking) paper. Then put the sliced apples in a circle one by one. Sprinkle sugar on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. Pour the cooked dough over the apples.

Step 5

In the meantime, the oven will need to heat up to 180 degrees. Place a baking dish in it and leave for 50-60 minutes. The time may vary, so it is better to check the readiness of the cake with a toothpick or a match. If the stick comes out of the dough dry, then the pie is ready.

Step 6

Remove the cake from the oven and cool. Then turn the form over, and put the pie in a dish. The apple pie is ready.
