Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 cup full of granulated sugar
  • ½ part a small spoonful of baking soda or baking powder;
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 2 cups full of wheat flour
  • 300 g sour cream;
  • 120 g butter;
  • 5 medium-sized apples.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to start preparing the dough. To do this, the butter must be removed from the refrigerator beforehand so that it becomes soft. Then the butter is placed in a fairly deep bowl and granulated sugar is poured there. The resulting mass is well frayed.
  2. Then put sour cream into the mixed ingredients, and also add baking powder or soda. In this case, be sure to take into account that baking soda should not be extinguished, because it is mixed with sour cream. The resulting mass is well kneaded.
  3. After that, you can start directly kneading the dough. To do this, pre-sifted flour is poured into a container with mixed ingredients and everything is kneaded. As a result, the dough should be soft enough.
  4. The baking dish must be thoroughly greased with cow oil (can be replaced with vegetable oil or margarine). Then all the dough is put into the mold, and it must be distributed along the bottom, do not forget to make small sides. As a result, you should get the semblance of a small plate.
  5. Next, prepare the filling. To do this, you need to wash the apples and cut them into not very large slices (do not forget to remove the core). After the apples are prepared, they need to be laid out in an even layer on the dough. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the fruit.
  6. Prepare the fill. To do this, mix the remaining granulated sugar with an egg, and then add ½ cup sour cream to the resulting mixture. With this filling, you need to pour the apples on top.
  7. Then the baking dish must be sent to an oven preheated to 180 degrees. The sour cream pie is ready in about 40 minutes.
  8. In order to decorate a ready-made and already cooled cake, you can use powdered sugar. You just need to sprinkle it on top of the apple filling and that's it. An amazingly tasty and aromatic dessert is ready.
