Such a dish will pleasantly diversify the usual fish menu and enrich the body with vitamins, microelements and unsaturated fatty acids. The beautiful appearance of fish medallions and an interesting taste make it possible to serve them even on a festive table as the main dish.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg fillet of salmon or chum salmon;
- - 150 g of cheese;
- - 2-3 eggs;
- - ½ lemon;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - a pinch of dried tarragon;
- - salt to taste;
- - olive oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the fish fillets and pat dry on a paper towel. Then cut into strips no more than 3 cm wide. Salt each of them, season with black pepper and tarragon. Then drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Leave it at room temperature for an hour to soak the fish in the spices.
Step 2
After the allotted time, roll each strip into a roll, securing the edges with a toothpick or small skewer. Place the medallions on a baking sheet greased with olive oil and place in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C, for 15 minutes.
Step 3
While the dish is baking, beat the eggs and season with a little salt. Then add grated cheese and finely chopped green onions to them. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Remove the medallions from the oven and place the cheese filling on top of them. Then bake the dish for about 10 minutes. Serve ready-made fish medallions with asparagus, vegetables or boiled rice. White wine is perfect as an alcoholic beverage.
