Turkish tomato puree soup turns out to be very light, tasty and satisfying. The preparation is very simple. And it doesn't take long. This soup will appeal to everyone.

It is necessary
- - 1 clove of garlic
- - 1 onion
- - 1-2 tbsp. l. olive oil
- - 500 ml chicken broth
- - 250 ml tomato juice
- - 200 g tomato
- - 0.5 bunch of parsley
- - hard cheese
- - salt, pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Pour 1-2 tablespoons into a saucepan. l. olive oil.
Step 2
Chop a clove of garlic finely, fry in olive oil, remove and discard the garlic, as it has already tasted olive oil.
Step 3
Fry the chopped onion until transparent.
Step 4
Add peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, parsley, tomato juice, and chicken broth to a saucepan.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste and after boiling, cook for another 25-30 minutes over low heat.
Step 6
Then bring the soup to a puree with a blender and put on fire, bring to a boil.
Step 7
Serve the soup with garnished hard cheese. You can also garnish with mint if you like. And don't forget to add some croutons.
