Delicate tomato puree soup will please both adults and children. Hearty, spicy, sour, hot tomato soup-puree in meat broth - this is a godsend for lazy housewives who are not very good at soups. And most importantly, the puree soup looks quite beautiful and bright, and it can be served on a festive table.

- - tomatoes - 6 pcs.,
- - beef (on the bone) - 400 g,
- - red beans - 200 g,
- - bell pepper - 3 pcs.,

Step 1
Soak red beans in cold water and let sit for 2 hours. During this time, you will have time to cook meat broth - the basis of tomato puree soup. Boil the meat on the bone for 1, 5-2 hours over low heat: after boiling, remove the foam, add salt, black pepper to taste, throw in a whole peeled onion. Strain the finished broth.

In this broth - the basis of tomato puree soup, cook pre-soaked red beans for an hour.

Chop the onion and pepper finely. Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 minutes to quickly peel them off. Cut the tomatoes into cubes.

Fry onions and bell peppers in sunflower oil until pleasant golden brown. Add peeled tomatoes. Fry over low heat until they dissolve and turn into juice. Season with salt and pepper and simmer a little more. The main composition of the tomato puree soup is ready.
Step 5
Pour this mixture into the broth with beans and let simmer for 10 minutes. Then puree the tomato soup with a blender until smooth. Remove the tomato puree soup from heat, add finely chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
