Step 1
We clean the potatoes and cut them into strips or half rings. The thinner the potatoes are cut, the faster they cook and the tastier they will be. But this is not for everybody. Some people like fried potatoes with a golden crust, others like potatoes, brought to a boiled state rather than fried
Step 2
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Then we spread the potatoes, add salt, spices to taste. Mix well.
Step 3
We turn on the multicooker, select the "Fry" mode (depending on the model, the name may change). We set the time to 15 minutes. Press the "Start" button. We fry the potatoes until the end of the program with the lid open.
If you want more crispy potatoes, then turn on the frying mode for another 5 minutes. At the same time, do not close the lid.
