A multicooker is a fairly simple device, it is very easy to learn how to cook in it. You just need to prepare the products, put them in a removable bowl and, strictly following the instructions, set the desired mode and time on the control panel.

  • For fried potatoes:
  • - 5 potatoes;
  • - 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tsp. butter;
  • - salt;
  • - spices;
  • - dill greens.

Instructions

Step 1

To prepare fried foods in a multicooker, use the Baking and Frying programs (the latter mode is not available in all multicooker). Working temperature of the "Baking" mode is 180 ° C.

Step 2

Dishes in a multicooker are fried without using water, but with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil. Frying is often carried out with the lid of the appliance open.

Step 3

Prepare all the products: rinse them well, dry them, cut them and spread them evenly in the multicooker bowl, after pouring the oil into it.

Step 4

Then wipe the outside of the removable bowl dry and place it in the body of the appliance. Connect the multicooker to the mains.

Step 5

Select the "Fry" or "Baking" program on the control panel and use the timer to set the time required for cooking the dish. Then press the "Start" button.

Step 6

Pork chops

Wash the natural pork cutlets, pat dry with a paper towel and beat well with a wooden mallet. Combine granulated sugar with salt and pepper. Then rub the chops with this mixture. Place the meat in a deep plate, cover with milk and leave for 2-3 hours. Beat the raw egg lightly with a fork in a separate bowl, and add flour to the other. Pour oil into the removable bowl of the multicooker. Set the timer for 25 minutes in Bake (or Roast) mode. Season the pork chop in flour and then dip in an egg. After 5 minutes, when the bowl is warm, put the prepared chops into it and, without closing the lid, fry for 10 minutes. After this time, turn the patties to the other side and fry the pork until tender.

Step 7

Crispy chicken legs

Beat the egg with a fork or blender. Rinse chicken drumsticks under running water, dry with a napkin and rub well with salt mixed with spices. Then dip each drumstick in a beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl so that it completely covers the bottom, and lay out the breaded drumsticks. Set the "Bake" mode and timer for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, turn the drumsticks over to the other side and continue to fry for another 20 minutes until cooked through.

Step 8

Fried potatoes

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, dry, peel and cut into large wedges. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and place prepared potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, spices and finely chopped fresh or dried dill. Mix well. Place a teaspoon of butter in the center. Set the "Baking" mode on the control panel and set the time to 40 minutes. Close the lid tightly and start the program. To get the potatoes well-fried on all sides, in the middle of cooking - after about 20 minutes - mix the contents well. Then put the lid back on the multicooker and continue to fry the potatoes for another 20 minutes.
