Potatoes stewed with meat is a simple, hearty and very tasty dish for every day. And with the advent of multicooker cooking it just got easier! This recipe is very easy. It requires a minimum of time, ingredients and cooking skills!

It is necessary

  • - medium-sized potatoes, 5-6 pcs.;
  • - pork, 0.5 kg (can be replaced with chicken fillet);
  • - carrots, 1 pc.;
  • - onion, 1 pc.;
  • - tomato paste, 3 tablespoons;
  • - garlic, 2-3 cloves;
  • - water, 2 measuring glasses from the multicooker;
  • - sunflower oil, 1-2 tablespoons;
  • - salt and spices to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Chop the onion finely and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Put the multicooker on the "Fry" (or "Baking") mode for 15 minutes, pour a little sunflower oil into the bowl. After five minutes, when the bowl is hot enough, put onions and carrots in it and fry it all well for 5-7 minutes. Turn off the "Fry" mode.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. The meat also needs to be cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Place the meat and potatoes with the onions and carrots, add tomato paste, garlic squeezed out in a garlic press (or very finely chopped with a knife), and salt and spices (a universal mixture or seasoning for potatoes is perfect).

Step 4

Fill everything with water, and then mix the ingredients thoroughly with a special multicooker spatula (usually it comes with a multicooker).

Step 5

Set the "Extinguishing" mode for 1 hour 30 minutes. If you do not have the "Stew" mode, the "Jellied", "Simmering" mode, or, in extreme cases, "Baking" is suitable (but the cooking time must be reduced and the dish must be stirred periodically so that it does not burn).

Step 6

After the end of the mode, stir the finished dish well again, sprinkle it with finely chopped fresh herbs on top and serve. A salad of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as various pickles from vegetables, is perfect for stewed potatoes with meat.
