If you bought yourself a multicooker and still don’t know interesting recipes, then try cooking meat and potatoes. At first glance, a simple dish cooked in this unit turns out to be very tasty. Your family will be satisfied.
It is necessary
- - meat - 300 g;
- - medium-sized potatoes - 5 pcs.;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - carrots - 1 pc.;
- - prunes - 5 pcs.;
- - tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - water - 1, 5 multi-glasses;
- - spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
The first step is to choose the meat to cook. The ideal option is pork or beef. With pig meat, the dish will turn out to be more fatty and juicy, and with lean beef. It is not recommended to take poultry meat, it will turn out dry in this cooking option.
Step 2
So, we will assume that you have chosen beef. You need 300 grams of pulp, boneless and skinless. Rinse the meat thoroughly under running water, remove fat, veins (if any) and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 3
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the chopped meat. Now take the onion, peel it, cut it into half rings and lay on top of the beef. Wash the carrots, remove the peel, grate on a coarse grater. Carrots are the third layer of this dish.
Step 4
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Place in an even layer over the carrots. Top the potatoes with tomato paste. Rinse the prunes and pour boiling water over for 3-5 minutes. Then cut each berry into 4 pieces and place on top of the potatoes. Pour in water, add salt and spices to taste. If you like spicy dishes, you can season each layer separately.
Step 5
It will take 2 hours to cook potatoes with meat on the "Stew" mode (in almost all models this mode is called that way, in a rare case you can find "Stew"). After the beep, open the lid of the multicooker and stir the dish. Potatoes with meat are ready. Before serving, you can sprinkle each portion with finely chopped herbs.
