A simple recipe for a gorgeous mousse in taste and composition.

• 1 avocado
• 1 frozen banana
• 4 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of your choice of liquid sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave syrup)
• For garnish: dried fruits and nuts of your choice, such as chia seeds, dried apricots and walnuts.
Cooking method:
1. Peel the avocado and remove the pit.
2. Blend avocado, banana and lemon juice in a powerful blender until smooth and smooth. The structure of the mousse should resemble a soft ice cream-like mass.
