Ham mousse can be served as an independent dish or used to prepare original tartlets, sandwiches and canapes. Such a dish will definitely be appreciated by your guests.

- - 200 g ham
- - 200 g cheese
- - fresh herbs
- - ground red pepper
- - parsley root
- - 1 tbsp. sour cream
- - 100 g of meat broth
- - 1 tsp. gelatin
Instructions
Step 1
Mince or grind the ham and a small parsley root with a blender. Whisk sour cream with red pepper and cheese until smooth. Combine the two mixtures and mix them thoroughly.
Step 2
Soak gelatin according to instructions. Wait until the mass becomes transparent and drain off excess water. Bring the broth to a boil and add the gelatin to the contents of the saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil again.
Step 3
Cool the broth and mix with the whipped ham. Transfer the mixture to one or more molds. Put the blanks in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Garnish the ham mousse with fresh parsley before serving.
