Cheese balls cook quickly and make a great snack for your table. At the same time, the dish is satisfying and requires a minimum of effort. Various options can be used as a filling. Cheese balls with ham are quite a budget option for making cheese snacks.

- –Pure cold water (115 ml);
- - ground paprika (10 g);
- - flour (270 g);

Step 1
First, you need to prepare the mass from which you will form balls. To do this, place the butter in the freezer for 40 minutes. Then quickly grate the butter into a deep bowl.

Grate the cheese in advance also on a fine grater and add to the butter. Mix thoroughly to get a uniform consistency.
Step 3
Sift the flour through a fine sieve into the same bowl as the cheese and butter. Then quickly pour in the water. Do not forget that the water must be cold, as the butter can melt and the dough cannot be kneaded.
Step 4
Stir all ingredients. As a result, you should have a soft and elastic dough. At the very end, put paprika and chopped dill into the dough and mix again. Form the dough into a ball and place in a cool place while you prepare the filling.
Step 5
Free the ham from the film, cut into small cubes. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Cut into pieces and roll into balls of any size. From each ball, make a cake by kneading the dough in the palms of your hands.
Step 6
Place a slice of ham in the center of each flatbread and connect all the edges of the flatbread. Form even balls of the same size. Next, put the resulting balls on a sheet and cook in the oven.
