Delicate salad is a great appetizer. Like most salads, this dish has many variations in which the ingredients are changed. Only the main ingredient remains unchanged - chicken meat. It goes well with various products and gives the dish a pleasant, delicate taste.
How to make a salad "Delicate"
To prepare the "Tender" salad with chicken and quail eggs, you will need the following ingredients:
- 200 g chicken fillet;
- 2 small fresh cucumbers;
- 250 g of hard cheese;
- 7 quail eggs;
- 1 bunch of green salad;
- 15 pcs. pitted olives;
- 250 g mayonnaise;
- 1 tsp. mustard;
- ½ bunch of dill;
- pepper;
- salt.
Wash the chicken fillet and boil in salted water, then cool and cut into small cubes. Cut the hard cheese into the same cubes. Rinse and dry green salad and dill. Then tear the salad with your hands, and chop the dill with a knife. Wash the cucumbers and cut into half rings, and the pitted olives half lengthwise. Hard-boiled quail eggs, cool and also cut in half. Then combine all the ingredients, salt and pepper, season with a mixture of mayonnaise and mustard and mix well.
"Delicate" salad with Chinese cabbage
To prepare the "Delicate" salad with Peking cabbage and chicken, you need to take:
- 350 g chicken breast;
- 180 g black olives;
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;
- 30 g of sesame seeds;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
If there is no grill, the chicken breast can be baked in the oven or boiled.
Grill chicken breast, cool and cut into strips. Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Wash the tomatoes and cut into small slices, cut the olives in half. Chop the Chinese cabbage and lightly remember with your hands. Then add the chicken, chopped tomatoes, olives and grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly. To prepare the dressing, combine vegetable oil with vinegar, salt and ground pepper. Pour over the salad and stir gently. Serve the Delicate salad to the table, sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds.
"Delicate" salad with pineapple
To prepare a salad according to this recipe, you will need:
- 150 g of boiled chicken meat;
- 100 g of canned pineapples;
- 50 g of walnuts;
- 2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
- dill and parsley.
Serve the Delicate salad garnished with pineapple slices and herbs.
Cut the boiled chicken and canned pineapples into small cubes. Wash dill and parsley greens, dry and chop finely. Pound the walnut kernels in a mortar. Then mix all prepared ingredients. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise and season salad with this mixture. Salt and mix well.
