Vegetables are very healthy. They contain a lot of substances necessary for the human body, including fiber. Of course, not everyone loves them equally. But you can cook vegetables in such a way that even the most inveterate reluctant will ask for more. I suggest making a tender soup.
This wonderful delicate cream soup is eaten even by my children, who are not very fond of vegetables, especially pumpkin and carrots. And you still need to get the vitamins necessary for growth. So I found a way out, I'm making cream soup. Children sometimes do not even know what mom adds there.
For soup (2 servings), we need a chicken, in principle, any part of it, only without seeds, about 100 g., Pumpkin - 100 g., Zucchini - 100 g., 2-3 medium potato tubers, a small onion, medium carrot, greens and salt. I often add pumpkins, carrots and zucchini quickly frozen. To save time, I cut them into small cubes and freeze them and then use them.
Let's start cooking. If available, you can use any broth for the base. Cut the chicken into small pieces and set to cook.
Onions and carrots can be chopped arbitrarily and fried, I myself do not fry, because the child is only one year old. Peel the pumpkin and zucchini from the skin and seeds, cut into cubes. Peel and cut the potatoes as for ordinary soup.
After the chicken has boiled, cook it for 30 minutes and add the potatoes, pumpkin and zucchini. After 10 minutes, add the onion and carrot and cook until tender. Salt to taste and add fresh herbs.
During the cooking process, you need to monitor the amount of liquid. If you want the soup to be less thick, use more water.
Turn off the pan, remove it from the stove, take a hand blender and grind everything well.
We pour the soup into plates and invite the household to have dinner.
