Ingredients:

  • 4 garlic cloves;
  • spices and salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. First, you need to wash and cut the chicken into small pieces. Then a frying pan is placed on a hot stove, into which you need to pour quite a bit of vegetable oil. Once it's hot, pour the shredded chicken into the skillet. Fry it on all sides until golden brown.
  2. Peel the pumpkin and seeds, wash and cut with a sharp knife into small cubes.
  3. Remove the skins from the onions and rinse well. Then the onion must be cut into small cubes.
  4. Potato tubers are also peeled, washed and cut into small pieces.
  5. Then all the chopped vegetables must be combined in a saucepan. It is also necessary to add ground black pepper, salt and your favorite spices there. Also, don't forget to put peeled, washed, and minced garlic in the pot.
  6. After that, the chicken broth is poured into the saucepan and the contents of the pan are laid out. The container with vegetables and meat must be sent to a hot stove.
