  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt - 2 teaspoons.

Instructions

Step 1

For potatoes, do the following: Peel and place in a pot of water. Add a teaspoon of salt to it, and then put it on the stove. Cook until cooked through, then cool.

Step 2

Break the chicken eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the first thoroughly until thick foam; combine the second with a teaspoon of salt, pepper, nutmeg and flour and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Mash boiled potatoes, then combine with a mixture of yolks. Mix thoroughly. Gently add the whipped egg whites into the resulting mass. Stir again.

Step 4

Cover a baking dish with a sheet of parchment and place a small portion of the potato mass on it. It should lie down in a thin layer. In this form, send to an oven preheated to a temperature of 250 degrees for about 4 minutes.

Step 5

After the time has elapsed, remove the form from the oven and put another one exactly the same on the first layer. Send bake again. Do these steps until the potato mass ends. Potato baumkuchen is ready!
