It is necessary

    • 2 kg of pork;
    • 3 onions;
    • 4 cloves of garlic;
    • 1 large tomato
    • kiwi;
    • Apple;
    • 0.5 liters of wine;
    • 1 tbsp. l. salt;
    • ground black pepper;
    • curry pepper;
    • zira;
    • vegetable oil;
    • weak vinegar solution.
    • For the sauce:
    • 1 tbsp. tomato juice;
    • vegetable oil;
    • dill;
    • parsley;
    • jusai;
    • small onion;
    • 1 clove of garlic;
    • ground black pepper;
    • curry pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the meat into square pieces. Try to make them the same size. Place in a deep bowl, such as a saucepan. For a shish kebab, it is better to take fresh, not yet frozen pork pulp, and cut it into pieces of about 3 by 3 cm.

Step 2

Cut the onion into rings, finely chop the garlic or pass through a garlic press. Chop the tomato, apple and kiwi into small slices.

Step 3

Mix vegetables and fruits with meat. Salt, mix well and remember with your hands to make the juice stand out. Top with a little vegetable oil.

Step 4

Add spices to the composition - pepper, curry and cumin. You can also use a special kebab seasoning mixture.

Step 5

Now pour the wine over the meat. You want it to barely cover the pieces of pork. To make a kebab with a piquant taste and aromatic, you need to take homemade wine from red berries. If this is not at hand, use Cahors.

Step 6

Place the lid on the pot and refrigerate. It should be pickled at least overnight.

Step 7

Then remove the meat from the wine mix. Skewer the pieces of pork. For beauty and a variety of taste, meat can be alternated with slices of tomato or some other vegetable.

Step 8

Now you can fry the kebab. To keep the meat tender and juicy, water it with a mild vinegar solution while frying. It doesn't matter if you cook barbecue outdoors on the grill, or at home using an electric barbecue grill - the taste of the dish will be excellent.

Step 9

You can prepare a sauce for a kebab. Heat vegetable oil in a saucepan. Chop the dill, parsley, jusai, garlic, onion finely. Lightly fry the herbs and onions in oil.

Step 10

Pour a glass of tomato juice over everything. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add garlic, black pepper, curry to the sauce, salt to taste. Wait for the tomato juice to thicken, remove from the stove and cool. Pour the sauce into small bowls and serve with the kebab.
