The very first marinade was made from sea salt, which gave the name to this method (from Latin marinus - sea salt). Today, there are hundreds of recipes for various marinades in the world. One of the most relevant and at the same time traditional ways is marinating in wine.

- Red wine - 1 glass
- Sugar to taste
- Bow - 1 head
- Dry mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Cloves - 1/2 teaspoon
- Rosemary - 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
Step 1
Mix red wine vinegar with red wine and add sugar.
Step 2
Then add 1/4 teaspoon of mustard to the resulting mixture and mix.
Step 3
Peel and cut the onions into rings of medium thickness.
Step 4
Place the onion rings in a prepared dish and fill with a mixture of red wine.
Step 5
Add rosemary, cloves and bay leaves. We bring everything to a boil.
Step 6
Cool at room temperature, and the marinade is ready.
