Step 1
Cut the pork into small cubes, about 2–2.5 cm. Place in a skillet and brown until golden brown.

While the meat is fried, cut the onion into half rings, put the finished meat in a pot. Put the onion in the pan in which the meat was fried, and bring the onion until golden brown. And put it in the pot too.
Step 3
Take potatoes, cut into about 3–4 cm cubes. Place them in a pot on top of the meat and onions. Add salt, pepper, spices to taste and cover with water 1 cm above the potatoes. Place the pots in the oven and cook there at 200 degrees for 2.5 hours.
