An Asian salad with spicy beef can pass for a light main course, because it turns out to be quite satisfying due to the eggs and meat. And the addition of specific sauces makes the taste of the dish Asian. If you follow the proportions indicated in the recipe, the salad will turn out to be sensitively spicy.
It is necessary
- For four servings (for salad):
- beef tenderloin - 250 grams;
- - cucumbers - 4 pieces;
- - two boiled eggs;
- - a head of lettuce, iceberg or romano lettuce.
- For the sauce:
- - two cloves of garlic;
- - sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce - 2 teaspoons each;
- - water - 2 tablespoons;
- - medium chili pepper.

Step 1
Prepare the sauce first. Combine chopped chili peppers with shredded garlic, sugar, water, and sauces.

Cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices. Cut cucumbers into cubes, eggs into slices.
Step 3
Heat a skillet with a spoonful of vegetable oil over high heat. Add the meat, fry for one minute, stirring occasionally. Add hot sauce, cook for another two minutes - the liquid should thicken. Turn off the fire.
Step 4
Tear the salad with your hands, put it in a salad bowl. Add cucumbers and eggs, pour in the juice from the pan along with the meat. Serve to the table. The ingredients are mixed immediately before eating.
