It is necessary

  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 1 pod of sweet pepper;
  • - 200 g frozen green peas;
  • - 200 g of carrots;
  • - 350 g of noodles;
  • - 400 g of chicken schnitzels;
  • - 3 tbsp. sesame (vegetable) oil;
  • - 80 ml of soy sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, rinse and chop into thin rings. Wash the bell peppers and remove the seeds and stalk, cut into slices. Process the carrots, wash and cut into strips.

Step 2

Boil the noodles until tender, then put them in a colander so that the remaining water is completely drained.

Step 3

Rinse chicken schnitzels with water, soak excess water with a paper towel, chop into strips and fry (three minutes on each side) in oil. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, frozen green peas and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Pour soy sauce to the meat with vegetables and leave to simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes. Combine noodles with vegetables, heat everything and stir. Season the prepared salad with salt and pepper to taste.
