Most Asian salads are self-contained food. For example, a serving of Asian chicken salad is enough to fill you up at lunch. In addition, the salad is quite nutritious due to vegetables and light dressing.
It is necessary
- - 200 g chicken fillet;
- - 200 g of rice or glass noodles;
- - a glass of chicken broth;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 2 red hot chili peppers;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - a handful of green beans;
- - 4 st. tablespoons of raw sesame seeds, sweet and hot chili sauce;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of peanut butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of lime juice;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of light soy sauce.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour a glass of chicken broth into a saucepan, put on high heat, evaporate so that only 3-4 tbsp. spoons.
Step 2
Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the chicken fillet into small slices. Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic, fry it for 30 seconds, then add the chicken, pour in the broth, increase the heat to high. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove the wok from the stove.
Step 3
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, lime juice to the wok, mix with chicken, cool.
Step 4
Boil the noodles according to the instructions, discard in a colander, rinse with cool water, dry. Break off the ends of the green beans, pour boiling water over the pods, bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes, then pour over with cold water and dry too.
Step 5
Cut the chili into thin slices. Cut too long beans into 3 cm pieces. Pour the sesame seeds into a dry skillet, fry over medium heat until golden brown. Then cool it down.
Step 6
Peel the carrots, cut into thin strips, you can grate. Combine the contents of the wok with the finished noodles, beans, chili peppers, and carrots. Place salad on plates, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
