Served with warm crispy bread, this gourmet salad is perfect for a light lunch. Preparing a salad is simple, and the whole cooking process will take no more than 20 minutes.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken breast fillet;
- - 6 cups of arugula;
- - red onion head;
- - 60 g of champignons;
- - 0.5 cups bean sprouts;
- - 12 cherry tomatoes;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sesame;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil.
- For the sauce:
- - 1 teaspoon of sesame oil;
- - 0.5 tsp of soy sauce;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- - grated zest and juice of 1 lemon;
- - a pinch of very fine sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the red onion head in half and then into slices. Also cut the mushrooms into slices.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into thin slices. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and fry the chicken slices in it for 4 minutes, until the meat is brown.
Step 3
Add the sesame seeds to the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sesame seeds are also brown and the chicken pieces are soaked in their flavor.
Step 4
Place arugula (or lettuce leaves) on a serving plate. Add chopped onions and mushrooms, beans and cherry tomatoes. Stir.
Step 5
Place all sauce ingredients in a lidded jar, close and mix thoroughly. Place the chicken slices on top of the salad and top with the sauce. The dish is ready to serve.
