Asian-style dishes can now be enjoyed not only in restaurants, but also at home, as many of the ingredients for them are easy to find on the market. One of the original dishes that can surprise relatives is spicy beef.

- Ingredients for 2 persons:
- For the marinade:
- - 2 tablespoons of dry red wine;
- - 2 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- - half a spoonful of rice vinegar;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 2 spoons of water;
- - a teaspoon of cornstarch.
- For meat:
- - 250 gr. Fillet of beef;
- - 2 medium peppers: red and green;
- - a stalk of leeks;
- - 1 hot pepper;
- - a piece of ginger root;
- - a clove of garlic;
- - shallots - 2 onions (optional);
- - 2 teaspoons of ground cumin;
- - dried and crushed cayenne pepper to taste;
- - sunflower oil;
- - a teaspoon of sesame oil;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
All the ingredients for the marinade must be mixed in a bowl with a fork so that there are no pieces of starch.
Step 2
Cut the beef fillet into small strips for one bite and mix with the marinade. We leave for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the red and green peppers into pieces of the same size as the meat. Chop the leek, garlic, ginger and hot pepper. The seeds of hot pepper must first be removed, otherwise the dish will turn out to be very spicy.
Step 4
Heat some sunflower oil in a frying pan. We fry the meat on all sides for literally 5 minutes, put it on a plate. Fry garlic and ginger in the same oil, add leeks and all types of peppers, simmer for a few minutes.
Step 5
Return the meat to the pan. Salt, pepper, season with caraway seeds and cayenne pepper. Fry for 5-7 minutes. Just a minute before cooking, sprinkle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped shallots.
Step 6
The dish will turn out to be very tasty and aromatic. It is best served with steamed rice.
