Yoka, a Caucasian dish, is made from lavash and various additives. Youku is not difficult to prepare, so it is convenient to have it for breakfast.

- thin pita bread - 3 sheets,
- chicken eggs - 6 pcs.,
- ham - 100 g
- cheese - 100 g
- salt to taste
- butter - for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into small cubes. Grate the cheese.
Step 2
Cut all the pita bread in half. Wet your hands with water, moisten each part of the pita bread with them, on both sides. They should get a little damp.
Step 3
Put a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, melt. Place the pita bread gently on the bottom of the pan. Beat the egg and salt instantly and pour over the pita bread.
Step 4
Top with 1/6 of the chopped ham and cheese. Wrap the pita bread in an envelope.
Step 5
Increase the heat in the pan to medium. Fry the stuffed pita bread on both sides. It is enough to hold in a pan on each side for two to three minutes.
Step 6
After completing everything according to the recipe, you will get a liquid egg inside. If a fully cooked egg is to your taste, after frying, reduce the heat to the pan, cover it with a lid. Leave to cook for another three minutes.
Step 7
Remove yoku from heat, place on a plate, and serve.
