Lay a layer of minced meat on top of the potatoes. Place a layer of leftover potatoes on top of the minced meat e. Beat 3 eggs, mix with a glass of milk. Add salt and black pepper. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the casserole and place in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 40-60 minutes f. You can check the readiness of the casserole when the potatoes are ready. To do this, pierce the potato slice with a knife or fork. When the potatoes are almost ready, cover the casserole with a layer of grated cheese (about 200 grams) and keep it in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.

Potato Mushroom Casserole Cooking the Mushroom Potato Casserole is almost the same as making the Minced Potato Casserole. Only instead of minced meat, fried mushrooms are used. You can also mix fried mushrooms with minced meat, in this case you get a potato casserole with minced meat and mushrooms.
