Various casseroles come to the rescue of the hostesses at a time when there is not much time for cooking. One of them is a very tasty and simple potato and tomato casserole. To prepare it, you need a minimum amount of food. But she will certainly delight those who are looking for a simple dish "in a hurry".
It is necessary

- - large chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - sour cream - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;

Instructions
Step 1
Peel and rinse the potatoes. After that, cut it into thin rounds 2-3 mm thick and transfer to a cup. Add black pepper, salt to taste and stir.

Cut the tomato into thin slices in the same way. To make it easier to do, you can pre-hold it in boiling water for half a minute and remove the skin.

In a separate bowl, combine sour cream, chicken eggs, vegetable oil and a few pinches of black pepper and salt each. Beat the resulting mixture with a whisk or fork until smooth, pour over the sliced potatoes and stir.
Step 4
Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees. While it is warming up, grease a baking dish with any oil and put the potatoes in it in 2-3 layers, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Place the tomato circles on top. After that, send the form with the blank to the oven.
Step 5
The total cooking time of the casserole is 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked. 10 minutes before the end of the time, grate the hard cheese on a medium grater, take out the mold, sprinkle the product on top with it and bake so that the cheese has time to melt.
Step 6
Remove the casserole from the oven and leave for 5 minutes to set the cheese. After that, it can be cut into portions and served with chopped herbs and fresh vegetable salad.
