The casserole with potatoes, chicken and cheese is quick and easy to prepare. If you want to cook something tasty for lunch, prepare this dish: it always turns out to be delicate and aromatic, and its taste leaves no one indifferent.
It is necessary
- - 300-400 grams of chicken fillet;
- - five to seven pieces of potatoes;
- - two onions;
- - a bunch of green onions;
- - five cloves of garlic;
- - 200 ml sour cream (any fat content);
- - 300 grams of cheese;
- - greens;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt, pepper (to taste).
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost chicken fillet, rinse and cut into thin slices. Peel and rinse potatoes and onions. Cut the onion into rings, the potatoes into slices, then soak the potatoes in water (this is required so that the potatoes do not darken).
Step 2
Peel the garlic, pass it through a garlic press, then grate the chicken fillet with it, salt and pepper the meat.
Step 3
Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil, place evenly chopped onions on it, onions - potatoes in one layer, salt.
Step 4
Rinse thoroughly the greens (dill, parsley and spinach), chop it (you can use, for example, a blender), then mix the herbs with sour cream, salt everything and beat thoroughly.
Pour the prepared sauce over the potatoes.

Put the chopped fillets on the potatoes (it must be laid as tightly as possible to each other), sprinkle the meat on top with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180-190 degrees and put a baking sheet in it for 50 minutes (just check the readiness of the casserole, just pierce the potatoes with a toothpick in several places, if it is soft, then the dish is ready).

Rinse green onions, chop. Cut the casserole into portions and place on plates, sprinkle with onions on top. The dish is ready and ready to be served.
