Potatoes are the first helper in the kitchen. You can cook a lot of different delicious dishes from it. One of them is potato casserole, which turns out to be very satisfying.
It is necessary

- - chicken fillet - 200 g;
- - oyster mushrooms - 300 g;
- - onion - 1 pc;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - sour cream (mayonnaise) - 6 tablespoons;
- - eggs - 2 pcs;
- - salt, pepper to taste;
- - nutmeg - 1 tsp;
- - sunflower oil.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut the onion and mushrooms into small pieces and fry in sunflower oil until half cooked. Add salt and ground pepper.
Step 2
Pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, nutmeg, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and mix. You can take ready-made chilled minced chicken.
Step 3
Peel the potatoes, wash them and rub them on a coarse grater. Three cheese on a coarse grater, but in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Beat eggs with salt and the remaining sour cream. Pour the resulting mixture into grated potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil, put 1/2 of the potato mass into it, forming small sides. Pour half of the grated cheese on the potatoes, minced chicken on top, and then a layer of oyster mushrooms with onions. Cover the filling with the remaining potato mass. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put a baking sheet in it and bake for 45-50 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick or knife. Sprinkle the finished casserole with the remaining cheese and leave in the oven off for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Put the finished casserole on a dish and decorate with herbs and tomato rings (optional.) This dish can also be cooked in a slow cooker, using the "Baking" mode for 35-40 minutes, depending on the power.
