Delicious, juicy, aromatic pie with meat and potatoes will be a great breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole family. The pastry will not look festive and it is unlikely that guests will be able to serve it on the table, but the dish is suitable for family gatherings. - 2.5 cups wheat flour;
- 200 g butter for the dough + 50 g for baking (to make the pie with potatoes and meat cheaper, you can add margarine instead of butter);

- 4 raw potatoes
- 200 g of raw meat (it is recommended to take pork, with it the baked goods are juicy);
- 1 onion;
- 4 tbsp. l. broth or water;

I would like to immediately note that it is better to cook a pie with meat and potatoes in the oven, although some housewives bake it in a pan. But in this case, there is a great risk that the filling will not cook properly, raw pieces will come across.

The first step is to knead the meat and potato pie dough. To do this, remove the butter (margarine) from the refrigerator and let the product lie down at room temperature. Place the softened ingredient in a deep bowl, add sour cream and a little salt there.

Flour is gradually poured into the same bowl. The amount of flour should be varied independently. It all depends on the thickness, fat content of sour cream. Knead the dough with your hands, it should not turn out steep. The workpiece should not spread, but it should not be a dense lump either.
