Step 1

Finely chop the onion and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil in a pan. When the onion is almost ready, add the minced meat to it and continue frying over low heat until tender. If the minced meat is dry, you can add a little water.

Cut fresh potatoes into small cubes. Chop the greens with a knife.
