- 150 ml of dry red wine;

- 370 g of tomatoes canned in their own juice;

- 130 g of mushrooms;

- 2 cloves of garlic;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped parsley;

- freshly ground black pepper.

Wine can be replaced with strong meat broth.

Rinse the beef, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into cubes. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl, roll the meat in the mixture and fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Remove the beef with a slotted spoon and transfer to the roasting pan.

Peel carrots, potatoes and onions. Cut the onion into quarters, the potatoes into slices and the carrots into slices. Chop the garlic, coarsely chop the mushrooms. Add vegetables and mushrooms to the meat, add tomatoes, parsley. Pour wine into a pan with meat juice and heat it for a few minutes. Pour the contents of the roasting pan with the resulting sauce. You will need:

- 750 g of lamb;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of thyme;

- 300 ml of water;

- salt;

- vegetable oil.

Rinse the lamb, cut into chunks and beat. Cut the potatoes and onions into slices. Grease the mold with vegetable oil and put in layers the meat and potatoes with onions, sprinkled with herbs.
